Milanesi Skincare offers free shipping throughout Italy and Europe and uses TNT/FEDEX/Poste Italiane to deliver products to the address specified by the customer when ordering. Delivery time is variable from 2 to 5 working days. All orders are processed and shipped on weekdays (Monday-Friday excluding holidays), depending on the availability of the product. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Shipping in Italy will take 2-3 working days. In some difficult-to-reach areas (for example high mountain and small islands) and during delicate periods (such as due to COVID-19) delivery may take an additional 48 hours. For international shipping, check directly when ordering the products.

In the event of absence, the courier will contact the customer for a new delivery date to the indicated address or, if the customer wishes, to a different address.

Yes. On the checkout page there is the section "Add your message" where it will be possible to inform us that your order is a gift and where you can ask us to insert a particular message to send along with the products. Our team will take care of creating an ad hoc written note with your message and insert it in the package of the shipment. If there are other requests, contact us at info@milanesiskincare.com.

If the package is damaged, you must refuse to receive it, and immediately notify Milanesi Skincare by email: info@milanesiskincare.com.

If a product purchased on the milanesiskincare.com site does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery and you will be refunded the total amount.
Conditions to be respected for the right of return: the product must not be damaged; it must contain all the elements, such as caps, pumps; it must not have been used, not even partially; all packaging must be present.
To make the return, you must fill in the online form available in the section of the website: "Exercising of Withdrawal or Return procedure" within 14 days of delivery.

Yes. Milanesi skincare commits every day to offering products that respect the environment and nature. Our packaging comes from Italy, reducing our ecological footprint. We have chosen all highly recyclable products for packaging like glass and paper. The plastic we use is recycled and our raw materials also come from organic agriculture, extracted with non-polluting methods, and obtained from renewable sources.
